  • UV protective layer

The lower the value, the darker the color of the film becomes. The front bumper with high light transmittance can provide a clearer view and safer driving. Using a low transmittance film on the side shield can protect your privacy. The visible light transmittance of high-quality automotive front bumper film is very high. According to relevant regulations, the visible light transmittance of the front windshield must be greater than 70%, in order not to affect driving safety.

  • UV Transmission

    The ratio of the ultraviolet radiation transmitted by the coated glass to the incident ultraviolet radiation flux. In short, the greater the transmittance, the more ultraviolet rays penetrate into the vehicle, and the more serious the skin damage and interior aging caused. It should be noted that excessive ultraviolet radiation can lead to an increased risk of skin cancer.

  • Visible light reflectance VLR

    This value is the ratio of light reflected from the coated glass to the outside. A high-quality car film should have low internal reflection, and the reflection of the interior should be as small as possible, without affecting the line of sight. Transparent glass has a visible light reflectance of less than 8%.

  • Solar barrier ratio TSER

    Generally speaking, the percentage of solar energy that can be blocked is the solar energy barrier rate of this coated glass. This is an important parameter of the solar film because the main source of heat is the infrared ray in solar energy. The magnitude of the solar barrier ratio directly affects the thermal insulation performance of the solar film.

Acceptance Criteria

  • The front windshield glass shall have no more than 1 fold (including 1 fold), generally located at the edge and corner (no more than 10cm from the edge)

    The rear windshield glass shall have no more than 1 crease (including 1), generally located at the edge and corner (no more than 15cm from the edge)

    Side creases shall not exceed 1 (including 1), generally located at the edge, and no creases are allowed in the middle of the corner (not more than 2cm from the edge)

  • All glass coated with film shall be free of blisters, glass coated with film shall be free of new scratches, and rubber strips coated with window film shall be free of new scratches

  • The upper end film of the side window is cut flat and straight, and when it rises to the top, it cannot leak light. Both sides of the side window glass cannot leak light (the film is outside the adhesive strip, and if there is light passing through, it can leak light). The edge of the side window glass is allowed to leak light, but the maximum distance does not exceed 1mm

  • When applying front and rear windshield films, the maximum distance between the film and the black spot on the window edge glass shall not exceed 2mm

  • When viewed from a distance of 1 meter from the vehicle, the number of dust spots within 10 cm of the glass film should not exceed 10

  • Film application is a high-risk service item, with the possibility of glass cracking due to technical level and glass defects

  • After applying the film, it takes about 7 days to come to the construction shop for a recheck. During this period, if bubbles occur, please come to the construction shop for repair within 24 hours. Maintenance

  • Please use a neutral cleaning liquid or water to clean the window glass behind your film. When it is clear, use a soft, clean rubber or cotton cloth to wipe and clean the water stains

  • After installation, do not roll down your window for at least 3 days. During this period, place your car in sufficient sunlight to achieve good installation results
